Declaration of Independence - London, United Kingdom
While interning in the House of Lords, an individual in the Parliamentary Archives showed me the Declaration of Independence that we sent to the United Kingdom. A copy remains in Washington, D.C. and the other copy remains in London. It was a bit funny that they had no problem letting me hold it, yet in the USA the copy is so heavily guarded!
